Your Booking Details & Prep
Location:
Studio is in the West End of Toronto. Enter the studio through the parking lot (green lines on map). Get to the Parking lot by turning onto Campbell off Dupont Street. If you see a sign for 'Piri Piri Parking' you're going the right way. Once you enter the parking lot, just past Piri Piri restaurant, you will see a door with a pink sign for 3A (LX Studio). You are here! Come on up stairs and come right in.
If you are driving, you may park in the lot.

Up to 2 Make-up looks/Shave (one half way through shoot)

Please feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled and do any hair / makeup touchups before your session begins.
Arrive with:
5-6 of your favourite outfits planned out and come with your Hair & Makeup complete. Be sure to bring Hair & Makeup tools for touching up.

Please note: stepping in front of the lens with no grooming and a bare face is not an option.

I highly recommend learning through youtube or experts from Sephora, well in advance, OR hiring one of our hand-selected MUA's, at the time of booking.

Utmost important items to bring. If you don’t own these items, please invest in them.
Everyone:

✔️ Concealer (under the eyes, red spots)
✔️ Lip balm (smooth lips)
✔️ Hairspray/product (flyaways)
✔️ comb (for those darn flaw aways again)
Females cont’d:
✔️ hair curler & straightener (to tweak hair)
✔️ blush / cheek pigment (for definition of face)
✔️ bronzer
Males cont’d:
✔️ Powder foundation (to even out skin)
If you’re shaving bring everything you need, including:
✔️ Your own face towel
✔️ Face moisturizer

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled session date.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 72 hours of the scheduled session time, the client is responsible for the full value of the booking. All payments made are non-refundable and the session fee cannot be transferred to a new date.
To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect limited session availability, this policy is applied consistently to all bookings. No exceptions for unexpected circumstances.
RIGHTS/Usage:
Photographers charge for sessions based on “End Use”. This shoot and edit prices enable the client/actor/artist to use the shots for self promotion and personal use only (examples: Instagram, website, LinkedIn, prints for auditioning, business cards, or a look-book). ALL OTHER RIGHTS MUST BE NEGOTIATED (examples of such but not limited to photographs being used on/in merchandise, book/novel, poster, film/tv, magazine spread, commercial use, for sale).
