CONCEPT

Headshots that are still brand related, with a story. Each Person will be photographed on a Forest Green Backdrop, as well as a few more creative Black & White shots that are even more personable.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to do your hair and makeup touchups before your session begins.

Arrive with:

your favourite outfits and with your Hair & Makeup / Grooming complete (unless you've booked a MUA for the shoot). Be sure to bring Hair & Makeup tools suggested for touching up.

✔️ Translucent powder (anti-shine for your face; most important)

✔️ Lip balm (smooth lips)

✔️ Concealer (under the eyes, red spots)

✔️ Hairspray/product & Comb (flyaways)

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit at the time of booking is required to secure your spot; there are no refunds on deposits. Remainder of payment is due 7 days prior to shoot date. If session is canceled before 7 days, 50% deposit is non refundable, but you are not obligated to pay the remainder of your payment. If you cancel after 7 days, the remainder of your payment is non-refundable. 

Rescheduling Policy:

Over 7 days notice prior to the shoot date – rebooking fee is $25; between 7 days and 72 hours - rebooking fee is 20% of the full value of the full quotation; between 72 and 24 hours prior to the shoot date - rebooking fee is 50% of the full value of the quotation; 24 hours or less prior to the confirmed booking – the Customer is liable for the full value of the payment for the booking.

This policy applies to any and all cancellations/rescheduling. By sending your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms, should something unexpected come up. Covid is no longer an exception to the policy.

RIGHTS/Usage:

Photographers charge for sessions based on “End Use”. This shoot and edit prices enable the client/actor/artist to use the shots for self promotion and personal use only (examples: Instagram, website, LinkedIn, prints for auditioning, business cards, or a look-book). ALL OTHER RIGHTS MUST BE NEGOTIATED (examples of such but not limited to photographs being used on/in merchandise, book/novel, poster, film/tv, magazine spread, commercial use, for sale).
